Jacob started with Lighthouse Professional Services’ Shelton branch as a Sourcing Specialist in October 2021 and transitioned into a Staffing Specialist role in January 2022. The mentorship of Dan Dubay and Ben Champagne has helped him fast-track his career. Jacob is motivated to further his knowledge of the technical/engineering field so that he can develop into a top-performing recruiter.
