Job Description
Staffing 360 Solutions is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to join us working hybrid in Shelton, CT! DETAILS:Duration: Full time Location: Shelton, CT (4-days onsite, 1 day remote)Pay Rate: $52-54K Job Functions & Responsibilities
Run daily bank reports, view and print information from lockbox and electronic transfers.
Daily posting of revenue and cash applications by verifying and entering transactions from the lockbox
Complete daily cash reporting for finance
Research and resolve account discrepancies dealing with short payments and client inquiries
Update client account files as required
Collection and follow up on past due accounts
Monitoring of 3rd party payers and Vendor Management Systems processes
Follow-up of rating discrepancies with both field and client
Assist with monthly reporting as needed
Assist with internal and external audits
Work Experience & Qualifications
4 years or more accounts receivable and collections experience
Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Knowledge of third-party payers and Vendor Management Systems
Knowledge of web-based systems
Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate accounting and spreadsheet programs
Demonstrates attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent data entry skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
Effective time management skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work with a diverse group of people
Strong customer service skills
