Our offices in New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts serve clients nationwide.  We are currently seeking an Agent Training Associate for a client in New Haven, CT (HYBRID).
DETAILS:Duration: 6 month contract
 Location: New Haven, CT Hybrid
Pay Rate: $20-25 per hour DOE DESCRIPTION
This role is hybrid. There is not much in-person until 2025. In 2025, we will have up to 5 in-person schools where this role will need to assist in printing and packing materials at the Home Office as well as coming to the in-person schools and assisting with setting up and administration throughout the school week. We are anticipating most if not all of the in-person schools will be at the Omni in New Haven.Since this role is mostly administrative, our must-haves are strong attention to detail, word, excel, pptx, outlook, excellent oral and written communication, admin and time management skills.
Overview
The Agent Training Associate will assist in the implementation and administration of in-house and online training for the field force.Core Responsibilities
  • Administrative support of all agent training, agent communications, training materials, training supplies, diplomas, and tracking of school eligibility.
  • Assist in the content development and design of schools.
  • Producer/Co-host for all Online Schools and events.
  • Creating and evaluation session feedback, reevaluate, and implementation.
  • Exam development.
  • Assists in LMS reporting and confirming Ingenium records.
  • Assists in tracking of agents educational records and professional designations.
  • Track and assist the agent with educational reimbursements.
  • Track FIC/F designations awarded and submit for Pins and Certificates to be mailed out.
  • Assists in administrative activities of Field Management and Agency programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
