We invest in excellent working partnerships, powered by people. We are currently seeking a CNC Machinist EDM in Lawrenceville, GA. Responsibilities:

Ability to accurately read blueprints.
Ability to set up and locate parts per instructions.
Ability to hold required high precision tolerances.
Ability to troubleshoot errors and variable conditions.
Conduct all proper maintenance required for the EDM machines.
Always follow shop safety rules.
Ability to schedule jobs to achieve the maximum unmanned machine hours.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate well with a positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment or self-motivated to work alone.
Must be reliable and able to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Qualifications:

Must be very organized and thorough, following all procedures for quality and safety.
Must be able to work independently as well as being part of the team.
Must be able to manage time well to meet deadlines.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings. ***
Inspection experience and able to use precision measuring devices for overall quality.
Knowledge of proper Health and Safety measures.
Desire to learn and grow within the company.
Flexible with shift work.
Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
3+ Years’ Experience with Electric Discharge Machining (EDM). ***
Journeyman Certification is a plus.
Experience on Amada Profile Grinding machine is a plus.
Able to set up and locate parts per instructions. ***
