Job Description

We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor in Shelton, CT.
  • Duration: Direct Hire
  • Location: Shelton, CT
  • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE
  • Shift: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
  • This role demands strong leadership skills and familiarity with stamping equipment.
  • Supervise and manage a team of 20 employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure team productivity.
  • Monitor and manage the daily production status, ensuring targets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality department to maintain product standards and improve processes.
  • Coordinate the movement of production parts through the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency.
  • Work with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Operations Manager to address production requirements and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager on scheduling and administrative needs.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Technical/Trade School.
  • Strong stamping/machining background.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and production processes.
