Salary: $47,840 annually ($23/hour)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Job:
We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to help identify and reach out to candidates for open roles, mainly in technical fields. In this role, you’ll build and maintain a talent pipeline, work closely with our recruiters, and use social networks, job boards, and community contacts to find the right people for our clients.  This position will provide on the job training to work towards becoming a Commission making Staffing Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with recruiters to understand the needs of each position.
  • Contact past applicants and new candidates to discuss job opportunities.
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates, primarily by phone.
  • Use various tools to find top candidates, including job boards, social media, and job fairs.
  • Track candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and make sure all onboarding steps are completed accurately.
  • Meet weekly and monthly goals for candidate contacts, submittals, and interviews.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service is required; recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel locally for job fairs or client meetings, if needed.
