Job Title: Test Technician Location: Manchester, NH Type: 6-month Temp-to-Perm Shifts Available: 1st Shift ($22/hr), 2nd Shift ($23/hr)Position Overview:Lighthouse Professional Services is currently seeking a skilled Test Technician to assist in the Verification & Validation (V&V) of medical products in Manchester, NH. This temporary-to-permanent role will support Cleaning Durability testing, ensuring the products meet regulatory standards for FDA compliance and manufacturing release.Key Responsibilities:
Perform test procedures according to detailed written instructions.
Accurately document and report test results, including anomalies.
Collaborate with Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and fellow Technicians.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving in cooperation with engineering teams.
Provide feedback to enhance the accuracy and repeatability of test procedures.
Ensure test results meet FDA documentation requirements for regulatory approval and manufacturing release.
Required Skills & Experience:
Basic knowledge of test equipment such as data loggers, scales, and pressure gauges.
At least 1 year of experience as a test technician in a quality assurance (QA) environment (experience with medical products is a plus).
Familiarity with established test procedures and protocols.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in documenting and tracking test results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
